Pageant - South Carolina Strawberry Festival

The South Carolina Strawberry Festival is pleased to announce that the third annual South Carolina Strawberry Festival Pageant will take place at 7:00 pm on Thursday, May 3rd, in the Nation Ford High School Auditorium. Last year, over 700 spectators packed the auditorium to witness the crowning of Morgan Jasper (Teen), Nikita Maigur (Miss) and Christy Roberts (Mrs.) as our 2011 Strawberry Festival Queens. Now, you can be a part of history as Fort Mill crowns its next generation of Strawberry Royalty!

In addition to the Strawberry Queen title, our winners will receive a prize package, as well as the opportunity to move on and compete for state and regional titles. As part of their one year reign, our Strawberry Queens will also serve as ambassadors for the SC Strawberry Festival and the Town of Fort Mill at various events and activities throughout the state and region.

Admission to the South Carolina Strawberry Festival Pageant is $5.00 per person. Tickets may be purchased at the door beginning at 6:15 pm on the evening of the pageant. (Please check back soon for advance ticket sale locations.)

The 2012 Strawberry Festival will include a special tribute to our local veterans and active duty members of the U.S. Armed Forces. Proceeds from the pageant will benefit this year's official charity, Hidden Wounds. Hidden Wounds is a South Carolina based organization that provides emergency counseling services to ensure the psychological health and well-being of combat veterans and their families.
