Strawberry Festival Named South Carolina's Event of the Year!

The SC Strawberry Festival was recognized as South Carolina’s Event of the Year during the annual Carolina Showfest Conference Awards Ceremony, held in Charlotte, NC on January 23, 2012. The award is presented each year to the most outstanding festivals and events in North and South Carolina. Festival Director, Brown Simpson; Activities Team Leader, Janice May; and Marketing Team Leader, Joe Cronin; were in Charlotte to accept the award on behalf of the SC Strawberry Festival Planning Committee.
