Interested in becoming a vendor at the 2013 South Carolina Strawberry Festival? The Strawberry Festival provides an excellent avenue for marketing your business or organization in a cost effective manner. Whether you're selling food, merchandise, or simply promoting your business or organization, the Festival offers vendors a unique opportunity to meet face-to-face with over 50,000 prospective customers from Fort Mill, York County, and beyond!
Festival vendor opportunities will be available from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm on Friday, May 3rd, and from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm on Saturday, May 4th. (Your vendor registration fee will cover both days.) Overnight security at the park will be provided by the Fort Mill Police Department.
Businesses and organizations that are interested in participating must complete and submit a vendor application form, along with a payment and all required documentation. The Strawberry Festival Committee will review and approve vendor applications based on established criteria as outlined in the application packets. Vendor application packets may be downloaded below.

SPECIAL NOTES PERTAINING TO VENDORS
Please review all festival guidelines prior to applying: Please carefully review the appropriate vendor application packet prior to submitting your application. All vendors will be expected to fully comply with all regulations listed in the application packet, including those published by the South Carolina Strawberry Festival, SCDHEC (Food Safety), and the Fort Mill Fire Department (Fire Safety). Please note that some requirements may have changed from the previous year. Failure to comply with any regulation may result in your removal from the festival site.
Application Does Not Guarantee Acceptance: Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be accepted as a vendor in the South Carolina Strawberry Festival. All applications will be evaluated based upon the criteria established by the Festival Committee. The committee reserves the right to reject vendor applications for any reason, including, but not limited to: Submitting an incomplete or incorrect application form; failure to remit payment; space limitations at the festival grounds; questionable business or non-profit status; previous vendor history; attempting to sell, distribute, or display items that are obscene or offensive in nature, or illegal under local, state or federal law; and to minimize product duplication. If your vendor application is not accepted, your payment will be promptly returned.
Late Applications: If space permits, the Festival Committee reserves the right to accept applications submitted after the deadline has passed. Late applications may be subject to a late fee of up to $100.00.
Requirements for Tents & Generators: Vendors will be required to provide their own solid color tent (white or red preferred) and electricity source (if needed). Food vendors must use a fire safe tent. If using a generator, all generators must be quiet models capable of running without refueling during festival hours.
