Food Vendor Adpplication

There are two different types of Food Vendor spaces available.  

1.  $400 for 10'x10' space

2.  $200 for additional 10'x10' standard space(s)

3. $200 non-profit 10'X10' space


  All Food Vendors must provide

  1. SC retail or SC resale license (depending on their business)

  2. COI ( Coverage of Insurance) proof of insurance coverage ($1M), Listing the Town of Fort Mill as additionally insured.

  3. Water, ice and electricity

  4. Picture of Set-Up/Unit and Menu.

  5. Serve at least 1 strawberry themed strawberry menu. All strawberries must be purchased through Springs Farms.

  6. (Menu and Set Up/Unit MUST match day-of-festival set-up/unit ~ if submission does not match day of set-up, vendor may be asked to leave.)

Each food item must be under $10 and at least one strawberry themed food item must be on the menu.  Beverages may not be sold.

Application Deadline March 1, 2019.  DO NOT SEND MONEY with applications. After a thorough review and analysis of applications, accepted vendors will be notified given 15 days to accept by paying the application fee.  Vendors will receive an email response by March 15, 2018

*  Springs Farms is the official strawberry vendor for the SC Strawberry Festival. All food vendors must offer a unique strawberry menu item. Please contact Ron Edwards to purchase your strawberries and to arrange pick up or delivery by contacting or call 803-371-6044


Strawberry Pageant- Monday, April 27  

     7 p.m. Fort Mill High School

Golf Tournament- Tuesday, April 28  

     9:30 a.m. Shotgun Start

Downtown Strawberry Jam- Wednesday, April 29

     6-9 p.m. 

Festival- Saturday, May 2

     9 a.m. - 10 p.m.
