Vendor Opportunities

 Vendor applications are available from Monday January 15. Food vendor applications are due by February 13th. All other vendor applications will be accepted until March 5th. Upon review, accepted vendors will have 14 days, from notification, to pay the application fee. Fees are non-refundable within two weeks before the festival. 

Food Vendors

Food vendors can prepare and sell food onsite, or prepare food items offsite, then sell these items at the festival.  All Food Vendors must prepare a Strawberry Themed item.

  • $400 for 10'x10' standard space

  • $200 additional 10'X10' space

  • $100 Non-Profit 10'X10" space

  • Must provide SC retail or SC resale license

  • Must provide proof of insurance coverage ($1M)

  • At least 1 Strawberry themed item required*

  • Food items must be under $10 (each)

  • Beverages may not be sold

  • Must provide own water, ice & electricity by quiet generator

 

 

*  Springs Farms is the official strawberry vendor for the SC Strawberry Festival. Vendors must have a provide a unique strawberry food item. Please contact Ron Edwards to purchase your strawberries and to arrange pick up or delivery by contacting springsfarmmkt@comporium.net or call 803-371-6044

Handmade Craft Vendors

Artisans and craft persons providing their own handmade items for sale at the festival.

  • $150 for 10'x10' space on the path
              (first come first serve)
        ON THE PATH CLOSED

  • $100 for 10'X10' space on the green

  • $25 if using a generator

  • White 10'X10' tent

  • Items must be handmade by the artisan/vendor (may not sell items manufactured by another)

  • Must provide SC retail license

  • Must provide own supplies & electricity

 

 

Business & Commercial Vendors

Area businesses and retailers wishing to offer items (manufactured by others) for sale at the festival. 

  • $350 for a 10' x 10 space Selling

  • $25 if using a Generator

  • Must provide SC resale license or corporate documentation of such

 

 

Non-Profit Patrons

Designed to introduce/market the mission of your business or organization to festival goers.

  • $100 for a 10' x 10 space on green

  • $150 for 10'X10' space on path

  • May sell items at the festival upon approval of Vendor Coordinator

  • Non-Profit Origanizations must provide verification of their status.
